Domino's Pizza

They are ruled. takes for ever to take your call. Picks up the phone in hang up on you Bad customer service 😑 😒 the workers was playing in yelling. couldn't hear when I was trying to place my other. I love dominos 😋 Can't even call in get any thing I love . Because they don't care if u come or not... In I have been there lot's of times even when I knew I had to put up with hell. in the store I just don't understand these workers when you dealing with food you gotta love what u do. They are mean and ruled be nice to you when you at the store...because they are scared 😱 But on the phone they don't care....on the date of 2/9/22 around 9:30 pm. this happened 😒 It's only at night this happens...where is the real owners to these food restaurants...you need to Check your workers

Last week when we ordered from Domino's we received an email that we had one a free medium pizza And they sent us a code to use when we order that free pizza. We just tried to do that but we keep getting an error message that our local Domino's will not deliver for an order less than $18. So in order to get our free pizza we have to order at least $18 worth of other stuff?? Sounds like kind of a ripoff doesn't it? What a joke Domino's. You should be ashamed.

Don’t order online if you’re going to order from this location!!!! This has happened twice to my husband and I. I placed an order online for $60+ worth of food, before delivery, since one of our friends was moving this weekend and we won’t see them for a long time. I have Purchase notifications on and after I placed the order online, I got the notification that my card was charged. I checked my email a couple minutes later so I could start tracking the order; no email confirmation. I looked at my bank and the money was withdrawn. I called the store to see if they received the order, and they didn’t. This happened to my husband 2-3 months ago where he had to pay three times for one order. The money is returned but it’s VERY inconvenient.
