This is very common when it comes to ordering chicken from here. I’m about to stop using DoorDash because they never send you the chicken you order. I clearly asked for legs and thighs and was sent a 12 pack of thighs for some small children to eat. This is ridiculous! You never get what you paid f

Ordered to go since the drive thru line was long and not moving. We went inside and ordered and the systems where down- they still took our order and was preparing it and once they went back up we paid and we still waited another mins to get our food.
The customer service at this particular bojangles is the worst I’ve seen in a while. There is always a long wait/line no matter what you order. They need to pull the young lady taking orders from the window. Her rudeness can cause a serious conflict!
I just opened up my combo box with chicken tenders and I couldn't believe what I got. 4 pieces of popcorn chicken and 15 fries. I've never paid for a combo and received such small quantities in my life at any restaurant I've ever been to. Not exaggerating.
