So I’m pretty disappointed in this place it was my first time going and I got a gluten-free turkey bacon ranch sub and asked to have it without the ranch. Once I got it and opened it to eat it was just a disappointment for the price I paid. The gluten-free rolls they use are the ones you can find at Walmart they’re nothing special they’re super small and my sub by itself cost me $12 + $3.xx to make it a meal. It was way too much money for a sandwich I was expecting something better and I was also disappointed with the ingredients I got one piece of bacon and a ton of ranch was put all over it it was very sloppy and soggy when I went to eat it. And since it was only me and one other person ordering it was not busy and there should be no excuse for the way it was presented. The kids meals are decently priced for what they get (which is why I gave 2 star) but for one kids meal and my meal it cost me $22. So unfortunately I will probably not be back Jersey Mike’s has them beat as far as the gluten-free bread option.

Good food, just seemed to take a long time to get food. The sandwich was amazing but the soup seemed to be almost burnt. Like it had been on to high of a heat for too long. Also it was loaded potato soup but only had maybe 4 small pieces of potato in it.

Our first time at a Firehouse Sub Restaurant. You can tell the employees take pride in their work here. The place was very clean. And they had Christmas decorations up inside, including an artificial tree. The service was friendly, helpful and fast. The food was delicious. I had the New York Steamer, which is a pastrami sub. The bread tasted fresh also. Definitely a new favorite.

Order sandwich with no sauce/dressing and instead of request be made, extra was added to my meal. On top of that when I called to speak to a manager about the mishap, I was on hold for 10 minutes. They don't care about the device they provide. I enjoy firehouse subs, but this is the worst location I have been too. It is dirty, the soda machine is always sticky, and the quality of food is subpar compared to other locations. Unfortunately location like this one will hurt the franchise.

My wife had ordered a salad and found a black hair in it..They ended making her a sandwich and while eating it, she found another black hair...We spoke with the Manager/Owner who had the nerve to ask if we were sure it was a hair..I promise it definitely was..When asked about where the sandwich had gone they seemed to defer the question and was not willing to pull the sandwich back out so we could show them..Oh yeah they did refund us $7.00 back..won't be earing there ever again..make sure you check those sandwiches..No one wearing hair nets by the way..

Ordered 2 adult meals and asked if they did free sunday kids meal. Was told by the cashier yea only to be charged. Never coming to this location again. Don't like being lied to.

First time trying firehouse subs and MAN! My sub was soooo good. The bread was soft, the meat was fresh and plentiful..everything about it was good. I'm craving another one right now. I placed my order online for a jerk turkey sub and some subs for the family. I am even more pleased because alot of times when you order online from places they don't put in the effort to make sure your food is fixed to perfection because they know you're not going to see them make it, nor be there to complain while you eat..I think it says alot about a restaurant when everything is fresh and plentiful as an online order especially.

Ordered the sub platter for a work luncheon - it was perfect - the sandwiches were awesome, it was packaged well, and it came with all the extras for a great price. The service was top notch. They even carried the tray and other items out to my truck for me when I picked it up. Absolutely recommend this place!! Annndddd....for those of us with kids, they eat free all day Wednesday and Sunday....can't beat that! :)

Not family friendly. No baby changing table. Spoke with the owner about it several months ago and the problem is still not fixed. Go to Brixx Wood Fired pizza instead. They have great food, service, and are family friendly.

Stopped by this location for the first time today. The cashier (Amanda) didn't smile, wasn't friendly, and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. They weren't very busy, but it took 21 minutes for us to get our food...and when it finally came out both sandwiches were wrong. I sent one back to be fixed, but my husband decided to eat his so that he didn't have to wait 20 more minutes to be fixed. I think if the employees had worked a little harder on getting orders made in a timely manner (and sending them out right) instead of entertaining each other...the experience would have been better. We'll stick to the Firehouse on Owen Drive. Customer service is much better, order has never been wrong, and the vibe is just better.
