Ordered two tray meals each with burgers cooked well done. Was told politely "all the burgers are cooked well done". Both burgers were pink on the inside, not cooked completely. One bite and in the garbage lost our appetites. $15.00 wasted SMH

They definitely don't make em like they used to. Wait times ridiculous. Y'all close/stop serving at 3, why in the world are y'all closing down stuff at 12:30am? Y'all so busy trying to close...customer service, quality and attention to detail down the drain! Y'all know Jeremy would not like that. Also walk up is never supposed to wait. Again y'all so busy trying to close at 1230/1, y'all had me up there about 5-10 minutes (before I even ordered) just looking at what y'all doing. Pouring buckets of water on/over the fry station cooler 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ good way to get shocked. Y'all know better. Do better.
Now we get to the food: why in the heck would you charge customers for tomatoes, but put half a tomato slice? Are you only half charging me? Here's a suggestion...how about you prep more tomatoes, because yanno... You're still open for at least 2 more hours, not to mention you charged the customer for a whole tomato. And bacon was borderline still oinking!!! How you messing up bacon when the process is easy.
My BBQ sandwich definitely looked shorted. Not a full scoop, slaw barely.

Extremely slow. 32 minutes before I reached the window and there was no way to leave the line once you are in it. They motion drivers to wait before pulling up to the window. That is very odd. No other fast food place does that. Annoying. Wanted to order two of the cherry wine floats. You guessed it, they were out of cherry wine. Over 30min waisted!!!

How is this place open? Got absolutely nothing correct. Got EMPTY container instead of Cole slaw. Pathetic excuse of a place of business. They aren't entitled to be called a restaurant. BUT WAIT! THE SECOND PLATE I GOT HAD ONION INSTEAD OF SLAW. 100% PURE ONION AND NO CABBAGE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Look. I enjoy cookout as much as the next person but my experience there tonight will deter me from returning anytime soon. First off upon receiving my 2 large drinks (one tea and one mr pib) I noticed there was no ice which is immediately a problem for 2 reasons. First problem is that no one wants hot tea and 2nd problem is that when you have soft drinks in a machine with no ice the drinks become flat and that exactly how the pib tasted. Then we weren't given straws so now I can't drink at all. Then when my dad opened his tray all 3 items were wrong. Also we were charged 18$ and some change which seemed high. Then we looked at our trays one of which had a receipt with a total of around 16$ and the other had a total of over 30$. So who's meals did we even get and why am I being overcharged? Also we had to wait several extra minutes for our onion rings that were initially forgotten and then they didn't even take the time to cook them all the way so they were soft and squishy which is not how an onion ring should be. Only giving 2 stars because my food was right and good. However I would not reccomend this establishment to anyone anytime soon. They really need to step it up before we the people decide to "cook in".

The food is good but every time I go the employees have a bad attitude and they can never seem to get the order right. I just sat in a line for over an hour to get my order wrong and The food was thrown together poorly.

Honestly, didn't last long but this was probably one of the worst 5 minute stints I've ever spent in a drive thru. I'll keep it short.
Had second drive thru open, told us to wait a minute only to be asked to move into the other drive thru what had then been backed up
RUDE staff, asked us to back up to avoid the sensor in the drive thru so we would be off their drive thru clock, gave us someone else's order, had an attitude when I pointed it out, closed door on me a couple of times before realizing she was wrong, then gave us the right order but just didn't give us our second shake.
However she'd closed the door again cause she couldn't be bothered to do her job right. Waited 30 seconds for her to open the door again to get my second shake. She gave it to me, one side of the cup is covered in chocolate and sticky... Didn't get a chance to tell her cause she'd shut the door again telling us to have a nice day.
On top of all that the food was burnt.
I don't know who they have in there but I know they do not want to do their job and they're padding their numbers in the drive thru to stay off the manager's radar.
