Taco Bell

My husband and I came here to celebrate our first dinner date 21 years ago and the customer service was absolutely wonderful!! The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I to customize our order to our expectations. Couldn't ask for better customer service than what we experienced on March 17, 2022 between 6-7pm. That is how you run a great establishment, with smiling faces and great personalities!!!😀

Stopped in around 930pm. Wife and I both wanted a Crunchwrap but was told they didn't have any crunchrwraps left so we settled for Chalupa combos. Very disappointed, every food item in the bag was cold, no warmth whatsoever. I couldn't even stomach one of the chalupas. A $10 combo should not disappoint this much.

Shout out to the shift manager today for giving me an order on the house. Their order and payment system went down, so they couldn't take any orders or accept payment, and it was getting time for them to toss their food since they couldn't sell it, so she gave me my order on the house and made my day. Customer service at its finest right there.

I ordered Taco Bell via DoorDash and paid for extra and added ingredients in two burritos. If I'd have been aware my order was coming from the Cedar Creek Rd location I wouldn't have bothered. This location is notorious for only half filling a taco. Very miserly with all ingredients. I paid for extra seasoned ground beef and for onion to be added to the burritos. What I got was two bean burritos with a teaspoon of beef at one end and no onion.

Yet again the wrong food. Look at the pictures and see what we got. I will have too much left over because I got 6 burrito supreme (one and the box not in these pictures). I wanted a burrito supreme combo, 4 tacos, 4 chipotle chicken wraps, and a chlpa box. I got too much food and can't eat it all nor what I wanted.

Worst taco bell I have been to lately. My order was very simple...3 hard shell chicken tacos with cheese and sour cream only. What I received was 3 hard tacos with maybe 2 little chunks of chicken and a sprinkle of cheese n sour cream. I drove back to the resturant and asked to speak to the manager...that didn't happen. I spoke with a teenaged girl who did apologize and state that they would fix the problem. I was instructed to wait in my truck and she would be right out. Through the door I could see them laughing at my demise like it was a good joke. Well I'm not amused and to fix the problem I was given a little container of cut up chicken and told to fix it myself. Great customer service...so I will not spend another penny at this branch and so goes for my family and friends.

The employees at this location have an attitude and either have incorrect items or barely any filler in the tacos or burritos. It's upsetting when you're trying to grab a meal for the family and realize missing items and food isn't much to rave about. It looks as if I'm not the only one that's had to deal with the attitudes that come from the employees. Maybe management should take a cue and read some reviews and start making changes.
