My 1st visit to this location was a good experience. My breakfast wrap and coffee was satisfying. The employee at the drive thru was super sweet and was nice enough to help me decide on a coffee that fit my needs.

Great customer service!!!! The ice coffee was out and one of the employees noticed me try to get a cup. She offered to make a fresh batch and apologized several times for the wait. Every other employee that saw me waiting around asked if I had been helped. Super sweet staff!
This is a horrible location for Panera. The drive thru often doesn’t give you the full or correct order, even when you discuss the details more than you should have to. We ordered and explained in detail what we wanted and then we didn’t get the side items. They just don’t care about getting it rig
The customer service has really decreased ☹️ the young man with the false lashes took our order and clearly showed that he had no desire to be there. It was near closing and a young lady saturated the entire floor near the drink station with water and began mopping while customers were still placing
