Firehouse Subs

Overall, our food was good and prepared well. However, three of the four sandwiches had toppings missing. My sandwich had almost no cheese (if any at all), and I requested lettuce and black olives for two other sandwiches, neither of which was on either sandwich. The service was good and food was prepared in a timely manner. I was just disappointed about the missing toppings. I did not check the food before leaving with my to go order. I will remember to check next time! We love Firehouse though!

Came in last minute at 855p (food service workers nightmare) and ordered sandwiches. Staff were extremely professional, kind, and patient. I felt so bad, but they treated me as if it was lunch rush and I was no inconvenience whatsoever. That’s a win in my book. I’ll definitely be back. Your evening shift staff on 5/18/2022 were fantastic!

I don't usually leave negative reviews but my experience at this location was so terrible that I believe people need to know what to expect. I'm a doordash driver and arrived at 7:25 the night of Wednesday April 27th. The order was not on the 3rd party shelf so I asked an associate about it. The manager came up and said defensively said that it wasn't due for another 5 minutes (but they hadn't even started it at that point). Trying to be gracious, I checked back after 10 minutes and was told they are behind and would start working on it then. I called doordash to see if I could cancel the delivery but was informed that I would be penalized. So I went back in asking about the order yet again. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and I asked to speak to whoever is in charge. The associates said they didn't know where the manager or my order was and seemed unwilling to help. It is now 7:55 and the order was supposed to be dropped off to the customer at this point. I finally saw someone who looked like a shift lead and asked him about the order. He looks all around and finally picks up the completed order from on top of the oven in the back. Why was it not given to me once it was ready when at least 4 employees knew that's what I was there for and I was standing right in front of them? Why did no one call out doordash or the customer's name? Why was it not put on the 3rd party delivery shelf? And why was there no apology? I was finally able to deliver the order 20 minutes late to an understandably frustrated customer. I've worked in restaurants for 15 years, managing for over half that time and cannot seem to understand their utter negligence and unwillingness to assist a customer. I will never return to this location and will discourage others from doing so as well.

I like Firehouse subs. The one near to where we live is great. However, we stopped at the Farragut location yesterday to get some sandwhiches for a picnic. I later discovered that half my sandwhich had no meat at all, only lettuce tomatoe and bread. Whoever made this one was totally careless. Will not go back to the Farragut location store.

Mediocre, everything was luke warm despite being made on the spot. The staff seemed annoyed they had a job, the manager or whatever the title he had was more concerned showing the trainee around during a busy lunch time instead of stepping up and actually managing a store. If I was a fireman and this place was in fire, I'd be in no rush or have any motivation to put it out, just like the staff and quality of this location.
