If I could leave a 0 I would. Frequently eat here but never will again. Gave patience (50 minutes) with an order. It was messed up, and I got charged for a meal which 8$ meal on a 5$ order which I didn't order. Order was also messed up. Never coming again. Came back the following day to explain and ask for a refund when I realized I got charged for a 20$ meal that was 5$ on my card. And was told sorry we can't do anything. No you value anything a free meal something. You guys suck 👍👍

I had ordered a chicken tender meal. My tenders were so hard and dry they hurt my mouth and gums when I bit into them. The meat was so dry it was like a rock. No kidding no exaggeration! I am not one to complain usually. However this was not fit for man nor beast. My biscuit so hard it could have been used as a hockey puck. I went inside instead of going back to drive through. I placed my box on the counter stated the facts. The young man behind the counter threw his head back and stated, "There's nothing we can do about it right now. If you want we can make a new one but it will be 20 minutes!." I then took my chicken tenders out and stated I wanted to see the manager and showed how dry and hard they were. There was 1 family waiting for their meal and. 1 other person. I stated it shouldn't take 20 minutes as we order and go through the line..This kid young man didn't even listen. I then saw the manager and spoke over everyone stating I just came through drive through and again stated the obvious and as I pulled out the chicken again and showed the manager. She said , " You don't have to make a scene!". Head tipped sideways and nose twitching and face distorted. I was a bit taken back my the unprofessionalism. I again took the chicken out and said ," Do you see hard hard and dry this is?" She then finally looked at the issue and I asked kindly Do you see how hard this is?". She then said , "Yes. " I was then given a new meal. I do have to say the biscuit was much better however the chicken tenders were still unacceptable. I ended up with good fries and biscuit. But will never go back to the Farmington KFC again. I have been to many KFCs over the past 40 years and have never seen such service or bad chicken tenders.
