Mcdonald's

They literally slap the sandwiches together. Absolute mess. Clearly not what I ordered, they've been doing this with everything lately. Definitely getting worse. There's a very rude employee there, who tells us to hurry up when we're trying to pay and moans and groans. Also the employees are quite loud The place isn't the cleanest but it was remodeled.

Have to mention Elaine August, she has worked for McDonald's for 20+ years. She is always willing to go the extra step to please a customer, she has a cheerful & friendly attitude, I've on many occasions seen her help & assist her co-workers without hesitation and McDonald's is lucky to have such an employee, dedicated to her job. Elaine's work ethics are excellent. I always look forward to seeing her dine-in or the drive-thru.

First time ever ordering from this location! We ordered online breakfast and my husband went to pick it up. They handed him a coffee for my meal which is not what I had ordered. He told them what I had ordered and and they threw a attitude and told him no that's what I ordered! When he came home I looked at the online order and I DID NOT order a coffee. If they had just taken the time to look they would have noticed they messed up and was giving me someone else's drink! But they decided to basically yell at my husband instead.

Even their coffee makes it not worth going :( the long line I always see here makes me sad. Their convenience is for some reason more appealing the rest that Farmington has to offer - tons of high quality, locally sourced food. Their staff is friendly but never seem very happy. Sorta wish this miserable place wasn't in the awesome town but what can ya do
