Buffalo Wild Wings

We went to have a date night. The server was in training but did her best. She was a bartender before so I asked her for a drink recommendation. She recommended a Miami something or other and it was pretty good but could have been blended better as large pieces of ice kept clogging the straw. The food was good though and the service very friendly so I don't knock them too much for the drink especially since it was a not too commonly ordered drink.

They got my order wrong. It was taken off the bill, but it wasn't that complicated. For the price of the salad it should have been correct. The only special request I had was to put the dressing on the side. I got served lettuce loaded with dressing and grilled chicken. All the other ingredients were missing.

This was my first ever time, dining at Buffalo Wild Wings. I was in Farmington, shopping, and decided to give it a try. I must say... I am impressed! Expansive menu, clean, and great service. It was lunch time, so I ordered the brisket sandwich. A little messy to eat, but well worth the extra napkins! Don't just take my word for it... Go try Buffalo Wild Wings, for yourself!

Took them 3 tries to get appetizer correct and still screwed up, gave up. Then entrees. Was there at happy hour but was charged for price. May partner found hair on his burger, but waiter seemed to care less. We didn't make a fuss because we just wanted to get the hell out of there. I will never eat there again

Barely passable, staff ranges from top tier service to how did I pay $70+ for McDonald's level service and forgetting most of the order. On the low tier the staff is incompetent and cant write down simple orders said clearly. Overall a disappointment. I hope you find better staff. However Its more likely a management problem that they cant work effectively. Sad thing is, you'll just ask for a form filled out but change nothing. It's sad to see what BWW has become.

Worst service ever. Connie was the manager. 20 mins to be seated then 20 mins being ignored by 4 servers. A tall skinny brunette, a medium height blonde, a heavy dude and a medium build younger guy. They served 8 tables around us including 2 that were seated after us. We couldnt even get a drink order placed. All 4 servers ignored us trying to wave them over and get their attention. Then we got the hostess who said she would find someone. Waited 5 mins while 2 more tables were seated and got drinks before we had enough. They dont even deserve 1 star. BWW used to be this great brand offering a great experience. Seems like they are cattle calling people in without regard of having staff to serve them and for whatever reason they seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees. Jeez I can imagine the embarrasment i would habe if i was responsible for this level of service. Ridiculous!
