My order of shrimp was good, but my wife's order of 3 piece batter dipped fish was nothing like the picture on the drive through. The pieces of fish were half the size that they use to be and her one side order was wrong. We didn't see our order until we got home and really didn't have time to go back and complain. We never had this problem before? Whats up Farmington Captain D's?

Cashier seemed confused. Forgot to place parts of the order. Which turned out to be a good thing. The shrimp were bland and tasted doughy. The fish was flavorless. The spicy fish barely had any taste. Just a bad experience overall.

Floors are extremely dangerous very slick when I was there almost saw an elderly women fall . And I almost did myself had to help getting out . Thanks to everyone who help. Glad to see people helping others as far as the food it's ok but your feet kept sliding out from you after even sitting PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR FLOORS...

Long take out lines -- Dining room is closed and has been closed since COVID 2021. Did not stick around to order. I want to sit in a nice environment for lunch -- not my car.

I looked on line at the menu and ordered a meal for myself and a kids meal. The menu listed one piece of fish, two sides, and a 3D toy of some sort for the kids meal I wanted. When I got to the speaker to give my order, the worker said the kids meals now come with only one side. I received the fish, green beans, and a kid’s soda. I told the worker the on line menu was deceptive and her manager needs to look into changing the online menu. She said they had no control of what is online. When I got home and opened the bag, there was no 3D toy either. Was my kid disappointed. False advertising? Yes. Unconcerned worker? Absolutely. Offer to discount the meal because items were not available yet advertised? No. I’ll not be back even though the food was good. Customer service is what keeps me coming back, therefore as I said earlier I’ll not be back.
