This is the third time, in a row, that i I ordered Chicken Mediterranean Bowl. Zero chicken, almost no quinoa and almost no tomatoes. I won't be back to this location. I hadn't had a chance to eat since breakfast. It was 6:45pm when I placed this order. Not cool Panera, especially for 14.89.. And you were out of bread, as the side, again!

I am a regular customer and the main reason I’m giving it 5 stars is because of the nice short girl in the front. Idk her name but she’s the sweeties. she gets the order right all the time when the order is repeated. But when I get the food I never get the order right. Usually get my food to go. Couple of the cashiers who are their are very helpful as well and polite. Cashiers are amazing.

Panera Bread always has a menu selection that engages the imagination first and your mouth when you try it.
The menu is updated regularly. You might lose a favorite but you will find a new item that meets the challenge.

Omg it’s a mess here, it may be because of the low staffing, but they’re always missing stuff and it’s generally an abrasive atmosphere. FUN FACT: this is the only Panera where my order gets messed up, the running total is 7 times so far.

It's the second time in a week I've gotten the wrong order at this location. With 4 people making orders a front counter person and a manager it was impossible to get the order corrected as I couldn't get anyone's attention including at the front counter. Everyone is busy, I understand that, but the same issue two different times when what is put out isn't matching the receipt is a training issue. Their grilled back and cheese...is awesome!

I recently started working in the area and thought why not Panera for lunch! To my disappointment , when I returned back to work, I realize that they gave me the wrong soup order🙄. My second time there was today. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and let’s just say, it was extremely heavy on the cheese and still needed to be melted. Who f’s up a grill cheese sandwich? I think I’m officially done with that branch. Thumbs down.

They messed up my order and did not include any sides even though they were on the receipt. They did not even label the sandwiches, you’d think something as simple as checking a checkbox would be standard practice. I hope this was someone’s first day or else someone needs to be fired because they clearly can’t do their job properly.
