Sonic Drive-in

best place in this town makes burger king look like trash. they need to get the carhops to skate again. also they need to fix there mics cues I swear they can not hear us at all. at first I thought they where just rude but I really think they cannot hear us. 4 stars because the hops cant skate and I did not get my fries

20th in Farmington I asked the sonic rep for a drink carrier and she got mad and made me wait extra long in the drive thru. I also notice she only have me my change no receipt. It clearly states that if a receipt is not given with your change ask the manager for a coupon for a free cheeseburger, so I asked and they denied me. So I asked for a refund and handed my melted drinks back. She took her time giving me back 11.13 on a gift card and said she can only give refunds on a sonic card no matter what you pay with. Meanwhile the staff are all laughing including the Manger on duty. I will never go back to that location ever. Immature staff who have know idea what work truly is. All I asked for was a drink carrier and it set off about an hour wait in the drive thru. Oh and they continued to serve the vehicles behind me.

Sonic is a joke. Waiting in a stall for 35 minutes just to get asked what I would like to order very rudely no less, and then as i’m ordering I ask for a Choc shake and the boy says “We don’t do icecream” I said excuse me? I waited this long for you to not have icecream and nobody is even here? he said “ha sorry” I asked to speak to the manager and he asked what else I wanted so I left and won’t be going to another sonic ever. So glad I didn’t waste my money. Ridiculous customer service. Do better Sonic. Not to mention I ALWAYS have issues with sonic

The service at the Shiprock location has been a disappointment larely. Rude service long waits for someone to accommodate. Long wait in drive thru and in the car waiting for SOMEONE to take my order and a long wait for drinks and food. Also waiter was RUDE. CUT ME OFF BEFORE I WAS DONE ORDERING AND WHEN FOOD N DRINKS WERE BROUGHT OUT THEY DIDN'T BRING ONE DRINK AND FOOD WAS DRY AND THEY MISSED AN ORDER A FRIES THAT CAME WITH 1 OF OUR COMBOS. I DON'T USUALLY COMPLAIN ABOUT ANY ESTABLISHMENTS BUT THIS 1 HAS BEEN COMPLAINED ABOUT BEFORE. SERVICE WAS UPSETTING. HAVEN'T BEEN BACK SINCE.

ordered a blast with Reesie‘s cups in it they brought me out a Butterfinger blast... I said but I ordered a Reesie‘s...I even showed her the receipt.... the girl asked me "what’s your point", I said, "well I want the Reesie‘s I don’t want a Butterfinger"... she says "we’re out of Reeses"....could she not have told me that before she brought out something I didn't want???
