I love the food here but find the customer service hit or miss. I ordered online to avoid waiting and selected the wrong time for pick up. No one greeted me when I went in. I explained my mistake and asked if they could make my food any earlier. They said I had to wait until my time slot to pick up my food but I could not wait so I asked them to cancel but they said they could not. Then they gave me a number to call so I could get the order refunded. I've tried calling this number several times but no answer. It's really frustrating. I do not recommend ordering online.

Writing this due to very poor service. I got several meals, drinks, a small chips and queso, and a large chips and queso. When I got home I discovered the large chips was missing. I couldn’t go back so I called. The first person I spoke to, a woman, said “no they’re in the bag.” No. They weren’t. So she transferred me to the owner. The owner said the same thing! That he saw them put them in the bag! He also said he would have to check the cameras before he would replace the missing item. How ridiculous!!!!!! If I wanted free food I would have claimed to leave out something more substantial than some dang chips! Tacky, tacky, tacky. Just replace the stupid chips and believe the customer… but instead he lost customers. Greedy, ugly business.
