I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this location has top notch customer service. I usually come here after work which is around 4:50PM or later. I always go through the drive through and the girls at the window are always so polite and friendly. Today I went and the machine that makes frozen drinks was not working and Sonia apologized to me over and over as if it was her fault that she couldn’t get me a frozen drink. Sonia was so sweet and her customer service was impeccable. I wanted to tip her but I was afraid that tipping isn’t allowed and I didn’t want to get her in trouble.

Older, a little dirty,faded COVID era signs throughout. Men's room needed a real cleaning. Food was just as expected. It's a bk. Good freestyle drink machine but several flavors were empty. Easy on/off the road is main draw. I've been to better but recently all the bk restaurant seem to be like this.

The best Burger King ever where you get the fresh food ever family environment great for parties and birthdays and the best is the free refills ohh!!! Yeah!!!😎

The workers are so nice at this burger King. I had a special order and I was with one of my kids. The manager confirmed the order and was really nice to my child. They needed some extra time to make the food so they threw in fries for my child no charge. The cook even looked over and made sure she had the order correct before she made it. The next time I went there and manager remembered me and said hello and asked how I was. She was sweet to my child again. Fast food service is hard. I did it as my first jib. I'm glad the staff here was so nice. They have a tough job, and I hope people appreciate these type of jobs instead of looking down on them.

If you like a good breakfast it's on 110 and main Street in farmingdale and they make very good food some stuff by have something good to eat some delicious coffee thanks people having a nice place to go to in the morning

I tried their crispy chicken wrap & I enjoyed it !! Their fries were hot so they get 5 stars because of that!!!!

Great place, fantastic food. Fresh and hot always. Never soggy or stale. I'm super picky when it comes to food, this place will make definitely listen to you. Paola, Sonia and Stacy are the best crew. Love the team spirit and hard work.
