I always have a good experience here. I find that if you're kind to the workers they're more than willing to work with you. I had dropped my drink when putting it in my car due to a loose lid placement. When I had called then and explained they repaid my by putting enough points for a free drink on my card. Good service

Love caribou! Last week I was there Im the morning, and asked for extra shots in my turtle cooler, AND THE DIDNT PUT THEM IN! I didn't even take a drink until I got to work and noticed it tasted nasty! There was mocha running all down the sides of the cup, and coming out the lid! They didn't even wipe it off or offer napkins! I always ask for nothing on top, like caramel, whop cream and turtle pieces, and they out ALOT of caramel on the bottom of the cup! SO disappointed that day! Had to throw away an almost $10.00 drink!! Im a regular there, so this really made me mad! Love most of the help, they k ow exactly what I want and are so friendly and helpful, but this day was way off! Didn't recognize anyone!

This Caribou Coffee was one of the cozier ones I have been to. I was served quickly and stayed awhile to enjoy my coffee. There was a nice fireplace running and I was able to play trivia with my boyfriend. Caribou has done it once again!

Snow clump fell off roof in drive thru. Snow went right into customers driver window, so customer opens door to clean snow off vehicle door window crevices, 🪟, controls on handle, etc... staff in window didn't offer towels, napkins anything..
Sooo...patrons following were stuck with lengthy wait time. Ugh!!

I swear.. didn't all hot drinks come with the chocolate beans back in the day? There is a KAREN working here in am. She's rude and not customer service friendly. I get my coffee an hr after I've already been clocked in and working and they open at six am... I've been up since four... Just don't be that person please

This is yet another great Caribou Coffee location. Clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly. The only hitch is that the parking lot is quite small so you have to be careful with those in line for the drive-through! Wish we had Caribou Coffee in my home town.

I love this location. I visit at least once a week minimum. I love the mobile order option. I can order ahead of time so I can still get to work on time. The ladies there are always polite and have come to recognize me and remember my choice beverage. Thanks ladies for your hard work. There are some days I wouldn't make it through my work day without you being so good at yours.
