Burger King

Nastiest experience ever from a restaurant that used to be on top . I placed an order through door dash which charges more than regular prices . So I should get the best service and experience. I ordered family bundle. My surprise was with the dasher posting this photo on left with no glue or appealing way to serve food and no sticker to glue to glue it as usual. So how do I know if the dasher Is clean . Plus the one French fries bag was half way full and a missing cheese burger . Any way I gave it to the dog because I don't guarantee the cleanliness of the food . Doordash refunded my money . This store is going down hell . Don't waste your time by ordering from them

As far as Burger Kings go, this isn't one of their best. The staff is real young and rather socialize than work. The lobby was a bit messy and tables not clean. As for the food, it seemed old... the fries were dead as soon as we got them, and the bun on my burger was like chewing clay. I'm guessing not many people eat here.

Where do I start. Let's see. The guy taking the orders at the drive through shouldn't have been. He got the order wrong. When I got to the window I asked him about the order because he had rang up a BK double stack meal. I ordered a single Rodeo burger meal. Not sure what this thing was. Definitely no onion rings or petals on it. My girl ordered a whopper Jr meal and I swear they gave her a kids meal. We both ordered Dr. Pepper for drinks. Both came with no ice. Which is normally a score but the Dr. Pepper was warm. The last couple of times going there hasn't been good at all. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. Also they weren't busy at all.

The gentlemen working were swearing while taking our order, our food was cold, they forgot several items/we needed to repeat multiple times and when we went around to correct the mistakes their swearing got worse and we received “our sundaes” they forgot. They also looked high and the one could get any words out giving us our sundaes.

I got the wrong order . I ordered large onion rings instead of fries and got small cold fries , it was really cold fries not even warm . . They didn't put the Hershey pie I paid for . It's not the first time . I should have learnt from the first time . I had to get back to the store and the man at the window was very rude as I am supposed to pay for things I don't get and keep my mouth shut about it. Burger king if you don't have enough employees so this is not the customer's fault. Will never go back to this BurgerKing. Taco bell next to you. Great customer service and great food .The employees always have smiley faces .Never got cold food from them .
