Mcdonald's

It's McDonald's, the definition of formula in customer service. This location, however, has a bit more than it's fair share of ups and downs. Wrong orders, items missing, cryptic "when is the lobby open, are they doing carry to car" windows, and more often the usual -sloppy burgers. Yet, it's still a positive experience as far as McD's go. And I've never had staff deny any needed order corrections. Just be mindful of shift changes at local factories, the lines get extra long.

I purchased drinks with my drive thru order. When I got to the 2nd window, I needed to dump out a diet soda bottle to make room for the drinks. The McDonald's worker at the window started yelling at me. Telling me that's not cool. I said it's a small amount. She said it didn't matter and that she was going to get stung by a bee. I said it was diet. She said it doesn't matter. I also let her know it's too cold for bees. And fyi McDonald's Karen, bees are more attracted to bright colors than diet soda, if you're getting stings by bees working the McDonald's drive thru, you might consider asking your employer to change their logo colors and for some time off.

Ordered food using app. Went to pick it up and only the drive thru was open. Couldn’t go through the drive thru because our trailer wouldn’t fit. Advised by an employee to walk through the drive thru, but was then told we couldn’t walk through the drive thru. They tried to turn us away for food we already paid for. Only after ringing a door bell that we found over and over again would they give us our food. Very special people work there apparently.

i got rip off again i big breakfast with hotcakes and all i got is crumbs of egg i think and a patty with no silverware my drink was flat as hell he what u get from drive thu at mcdonald better check ur food before u pull away from the window this is the third time happen to me am done trying to deal with that store if they wanna keep ripping and after we pay for ur food and this is what we get not even close to what u have on ur sign that false advertising and misleading training ur store isnt good if this what u call big breakfast with hot cake and its ice cold not hot all this is what i pay 10bucks for
