Mcdonald's

I did not go to McDonald's for the atmosphere or the quality of the food. I went for the convenience. Their food prices are okay, compared to other fast food places. Their quality is, perhaps, a little subpar compared to other fast food restaurants. The service is the level one would expect from people making minimum wage. They were courteous, but not real friendly.

This location has gotten worse and worse. Out of my past 10 visits only 1 of them have been correct. From forgetting a 20 piece nugget completely to not following their grill slip requests on burgers. No pickle, extra onion apparently means absolutely nothing but meat and cheese. And don't bother calling and letting them know their mistake, they will tell you they are going to send you coupons....which you will never receive.

We can always count on friendly service at this main street location. Your employees are accurate, kind, efficient. If there should be an issue with an order they promptly resolve the issue. I must say I have not encountered more than one issue. That being said it's fresh coffee. IT Almost Hut And miss, However It Has Been on Very few ocassions. They are always making a fresh pot if it g appens. Thank you for your services MCDONALD'S On main Ave you ROCK'' thanks again!!

This is by far the most chaotic, unorganized, mess of a McDonald's I've ever seen. It was not busy. It took 15 minutes to get my order. Partly because the two people before me had their orders messed up. The manager seemed oblivious to her employees messing around in the back. When she did catch on the the "chaos" (Keep in mind, again. Not busy) She yelled at the employee to get my food. In a frazzle, he dropped the buns. He looked as if he was going to use them again. When he saw me looking he knocked them back on the floor and started over. This place should generally be avoided.

They serve Frozen and very hard cold butter with breakfast when you try to apply to your pancakes at tears are pancakes up I asked for softer butter or some sort of alternative and I was denied. The Cook's in the back or dancing and being loud and the cashier was on and off his cell phone. I feel that management is not doing a very good job there's a lot of yelling and confusion going on there and I will drive all the way across town instead of going to that McDonald's again

They don't care about you as a customer. They will serve you old, dried burnt meat on your sandwiches. They will use their hands to grab the meat out of the holding cabinet. They should be using tongs. They stand around and talk and talk. It took me 17 minutes to get my food this afternoon and I was the only one on front counter. No order before me, no order after mine. Very horrible service at this McDonald's.
