Cold Stone Creamery

Same yummy ice cream options as other ColdStones but this particular store was a bit dirty (see pictures below) with 'goo' on the glass case and crumbs on the glass counter and the counter behind the employees. Also always seems that there isn't enough staff. Only one serving, then someone comes back from a break I assume, only for first dude to go on break. Friendly staff though.

Edited my rating because this company apparently has no regard for the pandemic going on. The workers had visitors hanging out, no masks for the employees, no guidelines for guests to distance themselves. It was just a free-for-all other than the tables being out of commission. Did not feel safe at all picking up my order. Staff was pleasant, as always, though, which is why I put 2 stars instead of 1.

I would have to say this is the sketchier of the two Cold Stone's in town.. There was only one person working, and when I went in there seemed to be a swarm of people following me. They didn't really have anything available? I know I originally asked for something like a strawberry cheesecake, easy enough, right? I thought it would just consist of cheesecake flavored custard, some strawberries and graham crackers. She listed something off for a cherry cheesecake and that she would just replace it with strawberries.. It had chocolate and all sorts of other things I didn't want. I told her I just wanted the three things but she didn't seem to grasp on to the concept.. I then asked for a mocha frappe which they had advertised on their menu board, supposedly that wasn't available yet, I ended up just getting a Oreo shake.. Then there was problems with the register.. It was one of those experiences where it was one thing after another. I usually have patience for these sort of things, and it was likely the employee not the company as a whole, but I was super annoyed. I will likely not be going back to this one.

Cold Stone is always very reliable. You know just what you are getting, and it's very good. Today at this particular cold Stone there was only one girl working when my crew of mine came in for ice creams. She' did an excellent job accommodating all or different requests. I tried a new creation, banana ice cream with brownie, pecans, caramel, and peanut butter. Highly recommended.
