Food was deserving of the 4 stars because of the flavors and taste, but service was an absolute zero! The wait time was way too long and some of the workers were too busy playing around. The online worker of 1 outpaced the line of 2 workers! You need to have more workers on the line because you were fortunate to not lose a bunch of customers, if you don't lose them after the horrid service presented! I overheard a customer comment about how she gets great service during the week but this was absolutely the worst ever!

Have stopped at this location multiple times throughout the year. Always a bad experience. The staff argue with each other in front of Customers, the line is dirty, food everywhere, tables not cleared. Definitely no management present. On Saturday we stopped at 445pm. They stated they were "out" of vegetables, even though they were being cooked in backed. Stated they were "Out" of corn and "out" of guacamole! As we were paying they brought out more corn. I asked for a side dish of corn and they looked like I had asked for something ridiculous. We then asked if they were actually out of guacamole or just didn't want to get more from the back. How can you be out of guacamole aon a Saturday night when this is your main side? Horrible customer service. I think they only do well being so easily.accessible to the freeway

Where is the manager? This restaurant is dirty. The tables are not wiped down, the floor is not swept, the bins that hold the plastic utensils are coated with spilled juice, and the work station where the food is served has residues of cheese, sauce, and lettuce strewn around. Chipotle's food is good, but the atmosphere in this one makes one wonder how clean even the food is.

The food was mediocre and my chicken looked questionable. I should have cancelled my order after seeing how messy the work stations were. I get that they were busy but it takes two seconds to wipe a rag through everything.
This was my first time eating here and needless to say I will not be returning. Qdoba is way better.

One of the most disgusting places I have ever ordered food from. The place had dirty tables, floors, buffet, dirty in the back, overflowing garbage cans. Nothing looks edible, all the food looks like it sat there for hours, their menu is small. The staff are a bit pushy as to what you should add to your order. Overpriced food for the lack of quality. I brought my food home to eat, and it was nothing special. Taco Bell would of been a better choice. I can't believe that place hasn't been shut down yet. I will never go back. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.

I haven't had Chipotle in years and stopped in for lunch. They were busy, but got everyone through the line fairly quickly. Probably one of the best bowls I've ever had from any Chipotle. I got the new "pollo asado" chicken option and it was delicious. Definitely a new favorite protein. Employees were fast and friendly!

The line was ridiculous so I decided to do a quick online order to skip it. The lady fulfilling the online orders had absolutely zero sense of urgency. And it took 20 minutes PAST our pick up time for our food in addition to the 20 minutes we had already waited.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The place was an absolute mess...afraid of getting food poisoning. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Ice machine didn't work and soda was flat and warm. They were out of napkins. You name it, it was wrong. This place should consider if they should stay in business if they can't figure out the basics.
