Let's call it 4-1/2 stars, because broth is delicious, filled with whichever animal parts you select and lots of noodles. They serve it with plenty of bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeno and lime. All the right sauces are on the table. Good service, and altogether a satisfying experience. It's a simple place but an excellent one.

I got the lemongrass beef on vermicelli, and it was good! Well-seasoned, no soggy cucumber overload, good size. It was pretty fast, the gentleman in front was nice, and the food was priced well too. The menu is functional, basic Pho fare (no problem with that). The only reason I'm not giving more stars is the ambiance; looks bare and unkempt with harsh lighting. Happily, there was more than met the eye. Would go again if in the area looking for pho in the area.

This restaurant is very no frills. Honestly, most of the Pho shops remind me of this place. You can say, it’s pretty authentic..... The aromas are splendid. The owner is not going to jump up and down to cater to your needs, but brings the food to you, nice and hot. Keep it simple. This is good for the area, it’s usually pretty quiet and not pretentious like the trendier asian spots. You want something REALLY different and authentic too? go to eden center and just pick a spot. This place is alright.... only issue is that I found a baby cockroach. It was definitely tasty up until I found the cockroach steeping in broth amongst the noodles. Not cool. Maybe you won’t get a roach.

Only had pho a few times (a close relative is Vietnamese and makes his at home) - this was so good! Well priced and an extremely kindly man running the place served everything quickly, attentively, and with a smile! Will definitely be coming back.

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because this place was half way clean. I got the pho and had to deal with an old man with an attitude. I've been eating pho for 20 years and to pay for extra tendon and only receive 5 total pieces is a complete rip-off especially when your paying $3 more. I won't be back because of the attitude or rip-off.

The guy who works here was very rude. I just moved here and was craving pho even though I was not hungry. When I asked for a sharing bow, the guy slammed the bow on the table with a frown. He refused to give me a receipt and calculated a 18% tax on the menu price. Not cool.
There are so many places for Vietnamese food in this area. Find a place that won’t treat you poorly from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Find another place.

The food is fresh and very tasty ... good portions and great service it was!
June 2018 - where did the grumpy Old man come from ... he scowls and doesn't have any sense of customer service. He didn't like that I asked for more water ... never presented me a bill for the meal ... got upset that I asked him for a copy of the credit card receipt
