I love dim sum...i had to try this place out because my brother raves about it...yes I would eat here again but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so... They prepare their food beforehand and load them on carts and walk around to see if customers want them... When the food is hot, it's good...but 3 dim sum dish that I ordered were cold... The pork buns were cold! You would think they could at least reheat them...
They Have carts that come around with different items on it and you can order from the menu. It's fairly reasonably priced. Service was good, food great and recommend it. Packed with people but there's a lot of room. A locally owned and operated place.
We come here for the Dim Sum, which runs on Sundays during lunch. There's lots of options and the food is good. However, there service isn't always great. We have often had to ask them to warm it up and wait 5-10 minutes for them to do so because for some reason, they don't keep the food on the carts warm. Eating a la carte here is fine, but nothing spectacular. In general, it's a good place if you can overlook a few inconveniences.
Best dim sum outside of Hong Kong! Haven't tried the regular menu dishes since the dim sum is so good. Best value for the dollar around, but I'd go there anyway because there's no other place comparable. I've tried the two dim sum restaurants in Maryland and was disappointed.
Recommendation- go there with a group, especially the first time, so you can sample a bigger selection of the items on the carts.
