Rude and disrespectful.birthday coupon Barcode wouldnt scan. It never does. Employees stated: You have to have the Baskin and Robbins app let me see your phone. No! And no I don't need to have a Baskin and Robin's app. It was sent to me via email through customer service. Call the manager because this is not the first time there's been trouble reading the barcode and you should learn how to put it in manually. The reply I got was well it's okay this time but it won't be allowed again. Wonder what part she can't read that says print coupon?

Other than the place not having a large selection on major holidays (Mothers/Fathers Day) they always have something good to eat. Place was always clean, staff courteous. To avoid having no ice cream cakes in stock, you can order online up to 24 hours before the event (except this past Mothers Day).

Very friendly staff at this location. Even though I had an issue with groupon, they were patient in working with me to get everything sorted out. Servings were generous.

Its really.a great place but if you have more than 2 kids you will drop 20dls. If they had lower prices like a DQ. I would visit more often.a statbucks is cheaper.

I went there during the weekend, the two women working there were pretty rude to me and they told me they discontinued banana splits.
