The girl with the black curly hair on the window always has an attitude as if we’re doing a disservice to her for just being there, we get a hot chocolate with a turbo and the majority of the time we go somewhere else to get the turbo shot because it’s not in our drinks. Cutting out the middle man and just not coming back to this store anymore. It’s a shame someone who’s dealing with people at the start of their day has to have such a miserable personality.

Horrible customer service, always so rude. Always have an attitude sounds like everyone who works there hates their jobs. Should just asked for your bagel not toasted and bring it home with you because they give it to you non toasted everytime anyways, you ask for the cream cheese on it forget about it they are WAY TO LAZY and coffee taste burnt every time !!

I waited in the drive thru line for 20 min to pick up my order on the go,I was the 4 car back from the speaker,we finally get to the window 20 min later I drive off and hit the highway and my husband's hot coffee was supposed to be xxtra and it was dark and barely and sugar ,my tea was supposed to be 3 sugars and cream ,there was probably 1 sugar and no cream,I've had many problems with this place,as far as wait time and correct orders

What is the point of giving five stars when they don’t give you want and they need to stop playing those loud music one cause of corona we have wear mask when you talk they can’t hear and second they play those loud music and if they need to hear clearly they need to stop playing those loud music so they can hear what the costumer is ordering
This place is my favorite to go but now I don’t want to go anymore as they don’t give me the right things I ordered
