Stopped in for expresso at 720...and got told there machine was off for the night when they close at 8? I thought dunkin was suppose to have drinks until the last 5 minutes... but i mean whatever. Kinda annoying

Customer service could be better. One girl was ok, other girl who actually made my coffee (had attitude, forgot to put ANY Splenda & I asked for "barely any ice" but got just as much if not more than normal)

This location has the best donuts, always fresh and more variety.

Horrible service. Employees need a workshop on how to communicate professionally. They make sure they don’t give you your receipt so can’t do the surveys. I live literally 100 feet from the store and I’d rather walk 100 miles than go back in that Dunkin.

Coffee is good and store is well kept up.. but def could work on personality in this store ...no smile no thank you just very unpleasant.
