Really nice place. Seemed very clean, including the restrooms. Nice simple menu. Which I like. No thanks to 100 average to crappy items on a menu. I would much rather have a choice of only 5 things if they're all really good. The girl who waited on me was really nice. Friendly, and easy going. Everything I asked was responded to with a "sure", "no problem", or an "absolutely". That's what you want to hear. Their menu is set up to be like this. Basically all the entrees, except the tacos, are the same price. So you pick what you want. Burrito, burrito bowl, taco, or bowl salad, and your protein. Then they'll throw in whatever you want. I got the taco salad. It was late, and the meats were looking a little dry. So I went with the pulled pork which was in a juice. This was great, because it's what I like anyway. So it's the fried taco bowl, lettuce, meat, and anything else you want on top. I got the Pico de Gallo, black beans, corn and shredded cheese. For dressing I tried the Tequila Lime, and the Mexican Ceaser I think it was called. Both were good, and different. But not great IMO. Their was some cilantro in something. So be warned. It was either the corn, or the Pico de Gallo I think. I'm not a fan of cilantro myself, and it permeated the taste too much IMO. It's definitely a love it, or hate it deal. And I think they should make it a separate optional thing. Either way. It was really good, and I'll come here again. Oh, and the entrees, except the tacos, are all $8.40. So $8.99 after tax. I left the change in the tip cup, and was just fine with paying $10 for the meal. I left stuffed. Actually it's about two hours later, and I still am! Nice place. Recommended. I posted a bunch of pictures too. But I forgot to take one of the salad I bought. So there's one of the empty bowl. Silly I know. But it should give you an idea of just how much I enjoyed it. :)

Customer service was among the worst, I get better service with EA (if you know you know) they are a very group of lazy individuals that do not care for the satisfactory of the customer. Please beware. Happened on multiple accounts. This was at the Fall River branch. *another quick note they gave my girlfriend which is pollo-vegetarian (only eats white meat) pork.*

I was unable to take the survey on receipt (bad link), the gentleman working the food counter tonight 9/27 deserves a raise. He was all alone processing multiple orders and was super quick and polite even though I’m sure he was stressed, he definitely could have used some help!! Food was excellent, thanks a bunch!!

Friendly service and good food. I had chicken tacos and Queso with lots of nachos. Bathroom was in good condition. Restaurant was clean. Wifi available. Delivery and catering available as well. Were able to process coupons.

Not pleased with the service here (Fall River). Asked for a menu item, which has all ingredients listed. 3 tacos. When discussing what it had on it, because the employee kept looking up, was told that she knew and proceeded to make the tacos. I received an attitude when I asked where the 3rd one was. I mean, she knew. I hope she has a better night.

VERY rude customer service. Did not communicate with customer when I had a problem because “they didn’t receive my online order” which I had a confirmed receipt and SHOWED THE MANAGER. When I had to redo my order in person I asked for chicken in my bowl, I got home and began eating....what I was given was beef! I’m a pollo-vegetarian for medical reasons so this is a big concern. They don’t know the difference between chicken and beef and that makes me question the business on the emphasis on costumer courtesy and who they choose to work there
