Cheap pizza. Old pizza for an order that was ready late. (Hot chewy & old) The order was wrong. We were supposed to have 1 reg cheese, 1 reg pepperoni, and 1 cheese pretzel. We got 2 roni & one reg cheese. The cheese was supposed to be pretzel & one of the pepperonis was supposed to be cheese. They ran out of 2-liters of any type of soda. Gave me 2 20oz sodas for an already paid order. A female employee, in the back with headphones touching food contact surfaces. (Unsanitary) ignoring the customers who have been sitting down and look angry. Very slow & inefficient service. Close your doors or do it right. Spend a few bucks more for a proper manager to oversee night shift.

The pizza was old and cold. The sad thing is, we've come to expect that at this location. But it's getting worse. The place is dirtier than usual, and there's a pizza cook in the back without a mask on during COVID-19! What is she thinking!? And I'm sure the Board of Health would never approve of a crying baby in a restaurant's kitchen (potential dirty diaper contamination not to mention a dangerous environment for the baby). And if you want a pizza fast, forget about it. When I got there, I was the only customer in the place. 2 people working there and I'm told after about 2-3 minutes "we'll be right there". 5 more minutes pass and again "we'll be there shortly". Finally, after another 3-4 minutes (about 11 minutes total) I asked if someone could take my order. They shouted from the back "Be patient! I told you we'd be right with you!". If you're looking for decent food, look elsewhere. And if you're looking for quick food, you're out of luck here too.
