We drove 2 hours to try this food yesterday. It was solid, good food. I really like all the choices; especially the buffalo pierogis! My son loved the Mac and cheese and the bbq chicken. The traditional were really good as well. And the garlic. I brought some home for the kids too. They were wicked excited.
My one suggestion would be to update the website to show that the full menu is not available. My husband is on Keto and was going to get the meatloaf, but when we got there, we realized there was literally nothing he could eat. We had to get him food from another place. I’m not sure that I will drive so far again, but if we are near the Fall River area, we will feast on Pierogies!
I am so happy that we found this place. My grandfather used to make these for us before he passed away and I missed them and him alot. The closest I have gotten was frozen ones. Eating here brought back memories of watching my grandfather in the kitchen making these. The food was so fresh and you can tell that they put love in each dish they make. Also there is a huge selection of flavors I am so going back here the next time I am anywhere close.
Although they have other things, many of which I would like to try, I of course had their namesake dish. For those who don't know they are Polish dumplings/raviolis. Not only the traditional potato/cheese and cabbage pork kraut(for those who don't care for sauerkraut never fear it is not an overwhelming flavor in these) but a few specialties. They have 25 specialties in all. The five I tried were fabulous (buffalo chicken, wild hog aka bbq pulled pork, steak teriyaki, shepherds pie, and French meat pie). If you don't like strong spices in French meat pie these are for you. Not strong but still flavorful. Buffalo chicken had good kick and flavor. After eating these different varieties I was satisfied but longed for more. Will definitely go back to try more.
When we were there the pierogis were delicious, the wait staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was delightful!! A wonderful experience!!
Full disclosure. I'm half Polish. Comfortable place. Totally crushed on Rachel, Patti's niece. Super nice. New exactly what I would like. Had an amazing lunch of pierogi, glumpki and kielbasa. Inexpensive and delicious. Even got a Polish language lesson while I was there. Located in a cool pocket of Fall River.
The food is always well prepared and delightful, staff members hands out great customer service. I like how neat it is and vibes. Will visit here again.
Very good pierogis. Lots of different choices too. Not a boring selection.
