Hardee's

Where do I start this place is amazing there needs to be a sixth star for places above and beyond like this but it's not just the place it's the people jason and kayden are awesome they both need raises the customer service and quality off food these guys put out puts logans and ocharleys to shame I wish the dickson and Columbia locations were this good I will drive across 2 counties any day for food at this location because it's worth more than what you will pay thank you for your service,quality,and professionalism you got a customer for life

Usually great. Past couple of times, however, ordering their chicken sandwich, the chicken suffered from 'woody breast' syndrome which is where the meat is overly fibrous resulting in an almost crunchy, overly tough texture within. Look it up, not harmful, just not palatable at all. I don't know if they changed poultry vendors or what, but it was a long wait both times for that disappointment. Fries, flame-broiled burgers and friendly staff still beat any other fast food offerings though so kudos to that and it's good to see a Hardee's thriving in Fairview once again.

I usually enjoy eating there. But my husband and I were eating there around 11:00 am on February 23, 2022. We were sitting near the window as far from the kitchen as possible. We heard the staff talking loudly among themselves. We heard foul language. I mean very foul language. I heard a female voice and I heard and saw a teenage boy. I heard the F word, the AH word, the B word. And the teenage boy was singing loudly and in his “song” was the word testicles. I did not enjoy my meal. I saw another customer turn and look toward the kitchen also. I think I’ll wait a while before going back. Maybe there will be a change in staff.

It was great before pandemic. Now CHECK ORDER BEFORE LEAVE DRIVE THRU PLEASE. My last time because I should not be eating this food anyhow. I was only one in line at 7:12pm on Monday & my order was not even in the same family of beasts I wanted my burgers. That is all. I know these are tough times but......
