Pizza Hut

Poor service, paper plates, only bottled drinks because the drink fountain was "closed" and pizza and breadsticks were barely warm when they got to the table and my husband and I were their only customers in the building and we didn't hear the phone much either for delivery orders and the waitress basically demanded we pay when she "delivered" our lukewarm pizza already in carryout boxes to our table before we even ate any of it!! Definitely don't waste your time or money at the Fairview Pizza Hut!! 😡

I can honestly say I have never had an experience like the one I had tonight. Long story short I picked up my order walked out to my vehicle and checked the order. Realized I was missing 1 pizza. Walked back in and told the worker. Next thing I hear is him talking to someone in the back about how the other worker didnt grab my pizza and now it is in the back with a slice missing. Within 2 minutes they determined the pizza was extra and someone in the back started eating it. I might could understand if I had driven away, made it home and then came back 10+ minutes later. I was still there! Then on top of that the manager said they dont like to give refunds and wanted to give me credit for next time. No ma'am, I literally just paid you with cash I would like a cash refund for my order that you ate back please.

The pizza hut near me needs to work on time management and keeping the food warm or at least serve it warm. I order around 5:50 and my food was showing it was done at 6:15. I sat in the parking lot till 6:45 waiting on it to be done. The food was cold and soggy so idk what we were waiting on. It was only cheese sticks and an 8 piece wing. I live barely 5 minutes down the road so i know that the drive didnt make it cold and soggy.
