It was my first time even having Dunkin Donuts, I prefer Starbucks for coffees & Krispy Kreme for Donuts. But my friend took me here & she ordered our drinks from a secret menu.

Service-wise, had a wonderful experience! Quick to order, quick to receive. I got a frozen chai latte, unfortunately the drink was VERY lacking, very little flavor. I even went back to ask for more shots of flavor, and they graciously complied, but even the extra flavor did very little for it... Won't be getting that again.

The staff did everything right, Dunkin just isn't very good in general. It's good in a pinch if you need caffeine if nearby. Not nearly as good as a Cuban or Iced Latte at Sweet T's in White Bluff but that's not the staff's fault.

Great Coffee at a reasonable price. Enjoyed the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. Fast and friendly service.

I would avoid this location, I have given several chances yet each time is a disappointment.i usually order a frozen coffee and two wake up wraps. The wraps are given to me burnt everytime today I asked politely be remade and they bring me a melted mess, wraps stuck together by melted cheese product not hardly on wrap, ended up throwing out as also covered in burnt flakes I’m assuming from oven. I love Dunkin but between constant poor quality on food and terrible consistency on drinks I ll just have find a different one to go to

Late night stop for gas and coffee. Having fresh Dunkin coffee to get me my last 90 minutes was a blessing! There wasn't a full pot ready, so I got fresh - just what I needed.

The morning staff is usually pretty good but the night time staff is an absolute hot mess. I have no idea who the older lady that works at night is, but she has the customer service skills of a wet blanket and should NOT be working alone. She cannot make a coffee correct to save her life.
