food is always good. Service is BAD. They now have the kiosk to take your order... oh boy.... I feel bad for seniors. I sure don't like the kiosk either. I rather have a live human taking my order. I always prefer the human interaction. And the wait was very long. I waited over 30 mins for my small order.

I got off my 6am shift at work and I was so hungry I decided to stop at this taco bell for food for my mom and me. After getting to my mom's job we sat down to eat and I took one bite to find a SCREW in my taco!! A whole screw!!! I am lucky I didn't bite it and break a tooth. I was stunned so I called the location and asked for the manager and I talked to Jeriah. Her response to the issue is and I quote "uh we don't have any screws here". So obviously she was going to be no help. I called the 1 800 taco bell number and waited on hold for a about 30 mins to talk to the supervisor for her to just tell me a manager will reach out to me in the next couple of days. Absolutely ridiculous. A screw.

Was in line for the drive thru before midnight, when they sent an employee out to tell people to leave the drive thru because they're closing. When I asked if we would still get taken care of because we're already in line, I was ignored, and told to leave. Pathetic excuse of a restaurant, "managed" by individuals who make poor decisions and tell customers willing to pay for food to go away.

Don't waste your time ordering a crunch wrap supreme, Taco Bell doesn't allow the employees to put any food in it according to the manager. She was sweet and apologetic, says this is the way Taco Bell tells them to make it. This item WAS good 10 years ago when they actually put the ingredients in there! Shame on corporate Taco Bell!! The poor minimum wage employees have to field the complaints for corporate greed.
