Jack Crab

The staff here was very friendly and quick at service. The food was relatively well priced compared to other seafood places in the area. For instance 1lb of snow crab legs at a spot 25 min from here was 62 dollars and at Crafty Crab you can get 1/2 lb of legs 1/2 lb of shrimp, corn, potatoes, and a lobster tail for 48 dollars! We also had the fried calamari and steamed oysters. The calamari was a little chewy. The seafood boil was just a little overcooked, but the seasoning was delicious! Overall a good experience.

First timer. Was met at the front door. Hostess was. Asked where we wanted to sit. Waiter was right behind the hostess. Got drinks quick. FOOD: ordered onion rings. They were hot and delish. Wife ordered snow crab legs. I went crazy and ordered a small ' Not enough seafood '. It was like a sampler platter. Clams, Crawfish, Mussels, Snow crab, Shrimp, potatoes, corn and a extra 1/2 lb side of sausage. WOW, I did go crazy. But it was all good Mussels were big. Crawfish looked like small lobsters...Wife asked for butter for the snow crab legs, got some kind of oil or margarine. No Bueno !!! We got the 'BOOM' seasoning. Was good but got a little heavy on the salt. Had bibs and lemon towelettes.

Sat quickly but then it took 7 mins to get drinks finally met our waitress she was pleasant and quick about her job but price of food vs what you receive is not worth it I would highly suggest not coming here unless you want to hear employees bicker at each other and sub par food with a high dollar price and long wait time for barely warm food to be served at your table. Best part of the night was the fact we had a pretty good waitress other than that I can say for us we won’t be back to this establishment.

Was seated quickly and tended to quickly. Our food also came out quick, which was odd because we ordered a seafood boil w/ lemon pepper seasoning. Not only was it not lemon pepper seasoned, the snow crab was over salted, and the lobster tail and shrimp were both rubbery, tough, and flavorless. The only good thing about the meal was the sausage and the kids catfish. When we brought it up to the manager, they stated their company policy was that they could only remake food. We paid $83 for a horrendous meal. Highly recommend staying away.
