Arby's

I drive a heavy Wrecker I politely went up to the window because the doors were locked and asked if I could order the guy behind the window got an attitude with me that's fine I understand people have bad days Then when I ask for a chicken sandwich With an attitude he goes "what chicken sandwich?" I said Sir never mind I can tell you're having a bad day I'll go elsewhere Absolutely the worst service Ever received from an arby's I Understand Maybe it is Inconvenient it to you but to us truckers It's really inconvenient But I chose here because of the parking 11:50 5-26-22

I used to work at Arby's so I know how things are supposed to go. I ordered two sandwiches one classic beef and cheddar and one regular classic roast beef a small fry and a small mozzarella sticks. The staff was very lazy I asked for ranch and three pepper sauce to be put in the bag. They gave me two of everything except what I asked for. My beef and cheddar only had a little bit of cheese on it and no red ranch at all. When my bf called to complain the manager was very snotty and rude.
