We ordered online and it wasn't even started when we showed up 20 minutes later. Honestly think she might have been sleeping in the back because there wasn't anyone there. Working alone. Great management choice. She had to call someone to tell her how to make our meatball sub, I mean seriously the only reason I ordered that specifically was because it was something I knew was simple. So we get our food eventually, and honestly when I saw the meatball sub was a mess I just shrugged. Whatever. But then I saw a bean. And another. Lifted up a meatball. Found a bean. My meatball sub was apparently made with chili??? I tried to figure out if this is by design but to no avail, if you DO put beans on your meatball subs I'm pretty sure you have to tell people that. Needless to say I didnt eat it. Oh and my girlfriends chicken carbonara was fine, other than it didn't have chicken on it. Seriously. Before we ordered I joked that I didnt believe Quiznos was still in business, could've gained new patrons today but instead I'm typing this review which I've literally never done for a business before. Whatever higher up reads this I want you to understand, the biggest problem here coming from someone who worked in food service for years was your choice to leave her completely alone. I'm mad at her personally, but I'm sure shes not in a good mindset if you've chosen to leave her by herself. Cant afford the labor for more than one employee? Than do us all a favor and close so no one else gets their lunch ruined like I did. Have a nice day. Or don't.

Location is connected to a Shell gas station, husband and I stopped on our road trip for a restroom.... absolutely disgusting. I would never think of eating at this location, especially if I thought it was too dirty to use their restroom. Employees were hanging out and talking but their womens room floors were wet and covered in toilet paper
