First Watch

We had a wonderful experience at First Watch. Our food was amazing, service was great and we loved the vibe of the dining area. The one callout is that they consistently stay busy. I would recommend entering your reservation online about 30-45 min in advance. This worked exceptionally well for us. Otherwise, we would have had to wait for 45 mins to be seated.

Everyone was nice and greeted me when i walked in. Good selection on the menu. Quick service love the vibe, country/industrial. As for parking if you can navigate Starbucks line, it is not a big deal. Worth the visit take the whole family or have a business meeting. Great place to eat. P.S. The potatoes have a little bit of a kick to them just in case you were not expecting it.

Been here a few times, it’s definitely a busy location yet still clean and organized. I ordered the skillet hash and it was delicious. The only thing I noticed is that some of the staff weren’t as welcoming (I often go to brunch places to have a good time not just for the food so I would expect to have a friendly service). Also it would be great to see a more diverse staff.

I would suggest double checking your online orders. I placed my order and it went through. Then I got a follow up email stating that something went wrong. I didn’t get this information until a left furiously with the way the staff handled the situation. I made the pick up for 10:30. Arrived early by 10 minutes and asked about my order. Was told that it was in the system and would come out shortly. Waited until 10:45, went back into the restaurant and asked again. I was told that it was being made in the order of which it was placed, and they just unexpectedly had a large amount of people come into the store. It should arrive shortly. I asked, my food won’t be cold though? No it will be fresh as soon as it comes out. Waited until a little after 11:00 and walked back in. Noticed that the customers that came into the store after I arrived was enjoying their food. Several tables of customers. Then one of the waitresses came up to the staff and proceeded to tell her that my payment didn’t go through. Then the hostess comes up to me and says that my payment didn’t go through and they would be happy to make my food for me after I paid. I walked away. No food. Wasted my time, my energy, and my gasoline. This is a classic example of the employees not being trained properly, and the management not handling the situation correctly.
