Little Caesars

I walked in and order a pizza. Told them I was going next door and would be back for my pizza. I walked in lady at counter went looking for my pizza. I heard her ask the guy in the back what he did with my pizza. Heard him say he gave it to the Door Dash guy. And went on to say he would make another one. Not one time they came out to apologize or to tell me what was going on. Finally the Door Dash guy showed back up with my pizza. Still no apologies from any of the workers. So unprofessional

Ordered online with pickup time of 5:15. Arrived at that time but was told my order wasn't ready yet. Waited 25 minutes then asked again what was going on with my order. It had been sitting in the pizza portal the entire time. My issue is this store needs to get ORGANIZED. Too many people moving to the counter and no one knows what is going on with orders. It will be a while before I try them again, too many other options near by.

Pizza was Great. Wings were okay. Not totally cooked. Order was processed fast...Counter person was not very friendly...Acted like we were interfering with his time. Another customer came in an said the same thing. "Not friendly". But will go back for Pizza. Probably pass on wings. In all fairness my employees have attitudes as well. Its the work force today.

It is great tasting pizza and very convenient but you should be aware that the management does not enforce mask for the folks preparing your food which is likely only a risk when they are boxing up your food. I ask the manager if they wear mask and he said only if a lot of customers come in at once. The young server at the counter said she had forgotten to bring hers that day. After over six months it seems reasonable that everyone would know the mask are not to protect the wearer for COVID-19 but to protect the customers if the wearer is unaware that they have the virus. Most will not be concerned but I wanted those that would not agree with these conditions to avoid the decision I faced craving pizza and paid online for pick up before seeing the conditions.
