Might as well close down if you can't find help. No sense in charging me and my crew $13 each to just tell us you don't have pizza because the cook is doing dishes and the dishwasher didn't show up. Just put a sign up that you are closed rather than have a bunch of people waiting for food you're not cooking.
After talking with the Manager, Stacey, she told me she wasn't giving me a refund because I could have had a salad. That is NOT what I came to PIZZA ranch to eat... Geeze... Lesson learned, never go there. No wonder 3 employees didn't show up and quit the same night. Stacey was very unpleasant. Find a new "good" manager and employees will stay and not ditch on you and no show.

Although they share the same problems with getting enough employees as other businesses they don't lack in their food. Chicken was excellent, I asked for a Taco pizza so they made one , the ice cream is so smooth. I wish Pizza Ranch would cross the Mississippi and come to Indiana.

The staff and manager are always friendly, and it's great value for the money. If you don't see what you want on the buffet, just ask for it, and they'll get it for you!

I guess there is one person cooking for EVERYONE ordering. Chicken was fabulous! I really appreciate the cook. I hope they're paid more than minimum wage. They deserve it!

It is easy to see why this chain restaurant was just voted America's Best Pizza. The chicken is Awesome! The salad bar and desert bar are always clean and stocked. Customer service is always excellent.

Took 15 min longer than it should have for our order, staff seemed unorganized one person was walking around in the kitchen with long blonde hair not pulled back following health code. Over all chicken taste good but disappointed in wait time and staff.
