I love chipotle and I’ve been going there a lot lately. However, the last 2-3 times I’ve gone there to get food, there is at least one staff member not wearing their mask over their nose and its usually the person preparing my food. This time I decided it was not worth the risk given the global pandemic and I walked out before even ordering. I want to visit again soon but I also want to know that customers’ health is on the minds of the employees.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. My group waited an hour for our food while people who came after us got their food in 5 minutes. We continuously asked them where our food was and they kept jumping over us to the people who came in. DO BETTER Chipotle.

The food from Chipotle was good, identical to any other chain. We’ve been ordering online because of Coronavirus, and we ordered one order at 7:20, with a listed pick up time of 7:30. We got there right at 7:30, but we had to wait half an hour before we got our food. Over fifty people got their food in the line before we got our order, which they messed up. We requested extra sides, and paid for them, which we did not receive. Overall, the food was good, but the service was atrocious.

Not good...I’ve been here a few times and every time I come something is off. This time the rice is not cooked and beans are tasteless.... service is good but the food...not so much. I will stick with Chipotle Bridgeport location.
