Denny's

I went last week to the Denny's in Cordelia (Fairfield) for lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday. I particularly like this Denny’s location for great food, super clean ambiance, and a very large private room with audio/visual facility for family and corporate events. It was so cool to see that they have leveraged technology to continue to provide great service even with the ongoing labor shortage by deploying server robots to bring food to the table and take used plates to the dish washing area. Servers were taking care of customers while the robots were wonderfully executing the routine task of delivering food. We had ordered one of their sizzling dishes, and sizzling it was when it was delivered!! Overall a great experience in customer service and food quality!! I have been to several Denny's restaurants and this one totally stands out as the best of all.

Came in here at 6am looking for breakfast coming back from a long adventure in the night. Lynn had served me in this wonderful morning. She offered me hot chocolate to get started. There was no way I could refuse a hot chocolate specially how cold it was outside. I had ordered countryfried steak, hashbrowns, scrambled egg, with white toast and extra gravy on the side for breakfast and she asked me if I wanted to add bacon on the side. I swear Lynn just knows what people want even though that's the first time she had met me haha. Overall a great experience, Thank you Lynn. Definitely might try and stop by here again after an adventure.

Not the Denny's I used to love. I've actually fallen out of love over the years. The warm, ALL people- friendly place it used to be doesn't seem to exist anymore. If it were only this location I would change my story but I've tried several and the story's the same. Staff don't seem to care...right on down to the food. Sure wish I could speak better of my once favorite place. My tummy won't allow it!!

Starting to go back to our normality in dinning out. I visited Dennys and received a great surprise with the Nachos! Really great dish made as requested with all its topings and with a fresh and exquisite taste. Definitely recommend to visit this restaurant for one of the best food experiences in Fairfield, especially if it is late so you know they are open for dinne-in!!!

I came in at 11:15 p.m.on 5/8/22 on Mother’s Day after work just to get something to eat. I checked on google and saw the location was 24 hours. I walked in the waitress wouldn’t even look me in the face. I saw other people were sitting down eating, she told me that they were closed due to not having the staff but she would seat me. So I told her if they were closed and it would be a burden to seat me I will find somewhere else to go. I feel like I was treated unfairly and I didn’t appreciate it. I don’t recommend this location to anyone and I’ll be following up with a call to corporate so we can all be clear on business hours.

No stars if I could. This place is a joke. It’s discriminatory towards any race that’s not white. A group of friends and I went to Dennys sometime around 3 am last night, as soon as we got there no one greeted us and when we asked to be seated, they denied serving us because the cook didn’t feel like it and threaten us saying the police was going to be called on us. We asked for their managers information and they kept saying there was no manager, not during the Night Shift or later and instead both the server and the cook kept saying “go elsewhere” Don’t waste your time at this location.
