Joe’s Sandwich Shop - another main street gem! Staff are friendly, the meat for your sandwich is freshly sliced as you wait and you get a nice amount of meat. My husband and I got the Turkey sandwich on a Dutch crunch roll, some delish potatoes that were nicely seasoned, and the Greek salad. The bread, veggies and meat were fresh, the service was wonderful and the deli was clean. I look forward to returning to try some other sandwiches and sides.

I ordered Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Mac&Cheese and a Vegetarian sandwich on a Dutch Crunch Roll. Everything was great. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly.

Excellent experience yet again! Brought a new customer with me, she fell in love also! Great family business, clean, friendly with a wonderful atmosphere. The roast beef sandwich is my personal favorite, as always the sandwiches were thick with meat, fresh ingredients and immediately after leaving we must take a nap! Most satisfying meal! The sides are homemade and crazy delicious, my favorite is the potato salad!

Excellent sandwiches! A wait if you come at 12pm. Extra big serving sizes and the sides are very tasty. Seating is plentiful and the staff is very efficient and friendly. Bathroom are clean. We will definitely be a regular customer at this establishment!

Best old school sandwich shop around and there is no skimping on the meat!! Always using really good meats. They slice the meat in front of you when you order. My favorite is the Joe's special!

I used to go to Joe's when playing table tennis tournaments years ago at Simply Ping Pong in downtown. I consider the beef sandwich the best in bay area. I even drove all the way from south bay to have a sandwich once. Everything is fresh and the portion is generous.

Best sandwiches in north cali. You get more meat then bread. This is not your subway... so come prepared to eat and have a full belly..

Hard to go places on a mobility device...but Joe's plenty big enough for my scooter...and staff was eager to help if needed....I ordered the French dip and he sliced the meat when I did...so very fresh...biggest sandwich I ever seen...and the sauce was so good...I will never go anywhere else for my sandwich...no complaints about anything I ordered...all was all very good and tasty...place very friendly and clean...and busy...keep up the good work and thank you for lunch
