We walked in the subway and had no wait. The counter personnel took our orders and made our subs very quickly. The food was good service was good and I would recommend this restaurant.

Had ours delivered. The sandwich was so soggy it fell apart. The order was incorrect. Which was really upsetting because any other time we absolutely love this Subway.

This location has a manager and crew that delivers fantastic customer service. Friendly and accommodating. The manager fixed my order (my error) with no questions other than to make sure we were happy. The store is well organized and clean. Kudos to their attitude and execution of food prep. This will be my “go to” Subway location from here on.

UPDATE: Place has been having issues, lately getting good folks on night shift, understandable, it happens. Last couple times I placed an order there were issues with missing items and orders just being done the opposite of the way of what I ordered. Talked to the manager and she made it right and even told me how she plans to correct the issues she had been having. I am a big believer in mistakes happen, it is all about how you make up for it that matters. Just hoping they get it sorted out! Like I said previously, THIS location is my favorite out of the ones in the area. <3

Good stuff, as always. Prices were decent enough, & the guys were efficient when getting my order together.
Only thing keeping this from a "5-star," is that Subway got rid of the Sub-club. That's been my go-to sandwich for years. Maybe I just missed it, but I looked pretty hard... dang.

I love eating fresh here. The staff is nice and the food is delicious. My favorite part is the fresh made cookies. Yum!

I used to work at this subway. I know they get A+ ratings from the health department. Cookies are made fresh daily a couple times a day. The people here are friendly and I'm more than happy to spend my money at this subway . It is much cleaner than the ones in Hamilton. And I love in Hamilton.
