It varies from person to person. Location was a bit small, it's outside of the Jungle Jim's. I always place my order ahead & just pick it up so I don't have to wait in line although I hope they start asking for names since I could just grab 2 others & no one would really know.

The drinks were good like any Starbucks. I gave them a lower rating for service because I placed a mobile order and waited for :15 before going up to the counter and asking where it was. They didn't see it and finally made it. The atmosphere was a lower rating due to being half in a Jungle Jim's and half out. There isn't much seating and they have 2 counters/registers to tend to. It is convenient to be able to grab a drink while shopping but for just a drink it would be easier to go to a stand-alone Starbucks

This location has the nicest employees by far. Every single person is friendly and consistently in good spirits and more than willing to accommodate your dietary restrictions.
Today the employees completely turned my day around!
I mistakenly ordered a drink with whole milk (im lactose intolerant and haven't had whole milk in over 10 years- needless to say, its not something I can just start drinking again)
I called and explained the situation, the employees quickly re made my drink and were more than understanding.
I try to tip whenever possible and I encourage others to do the same! This group really is the best.
I only wish this location could implement credit card tipping as I dont always have cash.
