Absolutely worst customer service. I came here in the morning planning to order iced latte and they informed me that they don’t have any milk. I changed to regular iced coffee and received a hot empty cup to refill coffee myself. I politely asked for some ice and the gentleman just walked away. Completely unprofessional. Not a place to start your day.
And their cup doesn’t even have logo on it.

Turkey deli was fine
Orange juice is terrible it’s basically water,tang , and sugar, which is terrible for the pricr as it probably costs even less than 1$.
When I requested the shmearfuls to be heated, two of the three had big black spots(burned)

Absolutely the worst!!! Coffee/latte was ice cold, bagel... cold and next to no cream cheese, egg/cheese/bacon bagel sandwich was cold as well!

Work ethic is fanatistically apathetic.
They're constantly out of bagels and other food.
The wait for food, due to the staffs lack of work ethic, takes an inordinate amount of time.

Literally told the guy plain cream cheese three times..... still put the onion and chives cream cheese on there lol. Terrible, and disappointing...
