The food is mediocre and the shakes are pre-made and stored in a freezer. They are served far too thick and if you get a specialty shake it's normally not well blended in

Garbage location. Awful service, slow, out of their signature fries. Took 2 cashiers and 30 minutes to get my order, and then it was wrong anyway. Even the prices were worse than any Steak n Shake location I've ever visited, more 50% higher than anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble and eat literally anywhere else

Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not. The staff are usually pretty nice and get food out in a reasonable time if you’re dining in. I have only ever been in the drive thru once and it was the worst experience I’ve had here. There were 3 cars in line and I almost ran out of gas waiting for them to take my order. In all honesty, this place used to be better. The staff used to be a little more energetic and the customers looked happy to be here. Now, 95% of the people that walk through the doors look miserable as if walking into this fast food establishment is the last thing they’ll do before before they go home and OD. This is Millersville after all, so it’s plausible. Shakes are ight.

Absolute worst customer service. Want your day ruined by a grumpy employee who isn't willing to take your order? Dine here. This employee named Labron took my order and didn't hand a receipt or anything and just left. I waited for like 5 mins and then asked politely if I may get the receipt, and he goes, “cant you see I'm making a milk shake here?" I will give it you after I'm done. What? First of all, he didn't do his job properly of finishing a transaction completely and now gives me an attitude. Then, I ask if I can get some seasoning (they always have it), without even looking for it properly says, don't have it.

Mediocre burgers, not well done, plastic cheese. My friend drank my smoothie right infront of me which was pretty funny so it gets 3 stars.

I called to ensure they were open. Was told they were unless a manager decides to close. Less than a half hour later, I arrived and they were very closed. I understand it's a unique situation, but I drove a half hour to get there, and it seems they closed not long after I called :(
