Thumbs up to the management on a job constantly well done. The janitorial staff are on top of their job, constantly wiping the handrails down, bathrooms very clean and well stocked supplies of napkins and hand soaps.
Whenever I’m in VA during the weekday. I stop in from time to time to do a bit of shopping. This is a beautiful and large mall with a great variety of stores. Just as with most large malls(due to COVID-19)some shops have closed in the mall. The people traffic is sparse as well. This a lovely place to shop and the parking lot is easy to navigate.

Very nice place. I come during week day so there not many people around. But it actually quite enjoyable to take a walk in the mall.

There is a carnival 🎡 on Fair Oaks Mall parking lot. It’s now OPEN till May 1st! $35 unlimited ride wristbands and ride tickets for sale on site daily and online 🎟

I love to bring my baby to the play area, and I have never had any problem with other kids as I am always close to my baby. However, last time I was there, some big kids, over the height limit, were with their dads running like they were the only kids there. One of them kicked my baby on the head, inside the slide area, so hard that my baby flip over. I am very upset and sad that rules are not respected by parents that prefer to be glue at their phones, and security don't do anything to enforce the rules.

It's a decent mall we still have macy's, pennies, if you like cheesecake Factory at there. Lots of stores lots of places to eat for food court kind of food. Couple of nice restaurants. It's your typical Mall

It's a mall. A long way from what it was 10 years ago but still some decent stores and the place is clean and well-maintained. More of a "I need this thing from this store" kind of place now rather than a "wander and see what I find," but it's okay.

Have been never been there you need to take the time out to go out there that is one beautiful place to people love nice the employees are nicer it's a big huge place you can't find it dead probably ain't made did you read beautiful the store to Beautiful Everything I seen out there was outstanding I would love to go back out I was out there visiting my niece and it's across the street from where she lives what a fantastic day I bought a plant I bought some coffee creamer I bought some clothes it was such a beautiful place you got to go there you must go there
