Burgers are enjoyable. Unfortunately, our burger order was messed up - twice. The staff quickly corrected the order (twice) but it was a frustrating experience. This location needed more help. Ketchup containers were near empty. Adjoining tables had near empty ketchup bottles and uncleaned tables from the previous occupants. During our entire stay at the restaurant, no one wiped any tables or straightened any chairs. The trash bins were filled and trash simply pulled up on the trash containers. On the plus side, this location has plenty of parking and the burgers are really good.

I ordered on Uber Eats so I can’t blame the restaurant 100% but, the picture speaks for itself. Asked for no mayonnaise and no cheese, had both. Giving two stars because aside from the soggy buns, and the disassembled sandwich the chicken was actually really good. I just wish I could enjoy all the components together.

We love this elevation burger. Under the new management, we have only ordered take out, but so far our food has always been correct and delicious. We are a family that requires gluten free food (celiac disease) so we appreciate their fairly gf menu.

The manager was super friendly and leading her staff very well. The soda machine was mostly empty (maybe had 3 working flavors out of 20). Burgers here are always good, but things like a working soda machine are important.

I ordered some fries and they gave me leftover bits and pieces that were an inch or shorter and soaked in oil and dried up bits. Very unhappy with my order.

The burger was actually pretty good, however the guy behind the counter had literally no interest in working there. His customer service lacked in every which way. I would say that I get it because it’s difficult to work during covid etc. but the place was dead and he wasn’t doing much for him to have a bad attitude.
