Ordered a grande blonde coffee and waited 10 minutes because the cashier was too lazy to pour it and depended on the barista.

Very engaging and super friendly staff, restroom was clean, table was neat and overall I was a happy peppy Pappy all day 🤠 because of it so go ahead and enjoy your drink at Fair Lakes Starbucks as I was leaving my joyful tears was falling like the monsoon season on top of the coffee table, washing my sorrows away😘🥰 I said to myself emotionally, a very nice coffee house for a hearty peppy Pappy🤠😘🥰

Ordered espresso and asked to add more milk but told me to order latte. I dont want to order Latte because they put too much milk even if i ask for less milk. I didnt like the way she treated me as if I'm taking away their milk. I DONT DESERVE THAT KIND OF SERVICE!!!

My mom and sister went to this location Saturday 1/23 & ordered drinks & a toasted bagel each. When my mom received her bagel a huge chunk was missing from it and she asked for a new one. They proceeded to reach for the display bagel & gave her that one. She has now been sick - throwing up, diarrhea & on and off nauseous - since that afternoon. Someone who’s works at a different location told her they can keep those display items for WEEEKS at a time. Disgusting.

It was Christmas eve and they were short staffed so took a while to get drinks(35 minutes or so) but the staff was super nice and apologized for it. We understood their position. Been there many times before and never had long delay so all is good

What a disappointing service. First time to write a review regarding Starbucks service. I ordered hot venti americano through mobile service this morning. And then I didn't notice that I received grande americano. Realized at home, which they filled up my americano in grande size cup but just covered venti size cup. Hope no one treats service like me. (Check your cup before you leave Starbucks.)
