Wendy's

Food was fine, but the customer service we experienced and witnessed was pretty horrendous. They closed the dining room for an hour when they were short-staffed with no sign on the door so people that came after us were mad that the door was locked. It was not communicated us and so I let someone in and they refused to take their order. The drive thru wasn’t even busy or anything. The bathroom was also absolutely disgusting. Take your business to a different Wendy’s or better yet, go to Chick fil A, where they treat their staff and customers well so they don’t appear to be the staffing crisis so many other fast food restaurants are.

Oh God. Where do I start? First off they take one order every 10 minutes. Second, they can't even get an order correct. Third, they take 10 minutes to make the order. And lastly, whole trip through drive thru took almost an hour, and there was only 4 cars in front of me. If I could give it less stars, I would. Terrible location 10/10 would not recommend.

I had the worst experience at Wendy's in Fairborn last night. I entered the drive thru at 6:17pm. They were busy. I ended up being in line for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window, there was an employee standing near the window. He was on his phone. He looked up at me, then continued to be on his phone. No greeting of any kind. Also, there was loud arguments between the employees . So much profanity. I decided to stay in line, as I was almost late for work. Rude. Not a single smile and they snapped at me. Never again

Only gets 2 cuz my wife's jbc was good!! Ordered baconator fries and they did not have liquid cheese so they put shredded cheese on cold fries so cold unmelted cheese on cold fries not a good combo!!!! I couldn't send another review cuz I already had 1 but this visit was much better!!! They had fresh breakfast potatoes and breakfast baconator was great service was fast and the drive thru ppl were nice!!

I believe that lady spit in someone's food, I use to go there all the time until a couple months ago, I think her name is cho I seen her and some big black, I think he worked there to, going in the shed in the back for like 20 mins and then coming out like they was in there having relations. I knew then to never eat there again if that establishment lets their employees conduct themselves that way.
